At Mountain Top Koi, we take great pride in maintaining the health and well-being of all our fish. Each koi is carefully inspected and monitored to ensure it is healthy at the time of sale.

Once fish leave our facility, we can no longer control the conditions of the customer’s pond or environment. Therefore, Mountain Top Koi cannot be held liable for any illness, injury, or loss that may occur after the fish are introduced to their new home.

If a health issue arises shortly after purchase, we are happy to assist in diagnosing and recommending potential treatments based on the information provided. Our goal is to help every customer maintain a healthy and thriving pond.
